Michael went above and beyond! From listing home to then delaying listing and re-listing 2 months later when market was hot! Got MUCH MORE than expected and WAY above asking price. Mike did an excellent job helping us with our CT house search. He was everything we expect from an agent: professional, very timely communication, and provided frank feedback when asked. 18 months ago I decided to list my property so I started my journey speaking with several realtors. Things did not go as smoothly due to reasons I unfortunately cannot disclose.
